Cooperative timeout guard for ask_user_question: lost or unanswered questions resolve as a structured ASK_TIMEOUT instead of hanging the turn forever.

Forwards an unattended DeepSeek Harness run's tool-call approvals and ask_user_question prompts to Feishu cards on your phone. The desktop GUI answers first — a card is only sent after `delaySeconds` (120 by default) with no answer there — and a phone approval grants `allowed-once`, so no authority accumulates on the phone. One outbound WebSocket long connection to Feishu: no public IP, domain, tunnel or relay.

Background notification plugin: desktop notification, with a tab-title fallback, when an approval prompt or an ask-user-question card appears while the page is in a background tab. The host queues approval and question events behind a same-origin endpoint that the client polls every 3 seconds; clicking the notification focuses the page, and the tab title is restored once the page becomes visible.
