Gitea and Forgejo integration for DeepSeek Harness with issue, pull-request and worktree tools plus a Git status chip.

Read-only Gitea and Forgejo tools over the REST API both projects share: instance info, repository listing, issue and pull request search and read, PR diffs and changed files, and Actions runs, jobs and job logs. Tool metadata is available in English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese.

Git repository connector for DeepSeek Harness: saved repo profiles addressed by name, work-copy operations (clone/fetch/pull/push/commit), Gitea/Forgejo/GitHub API tools, keys in the DSH credential center, and per-repo safety flags (TLS bypass, overwrite, force push).
