A judgment core for DeepSeek Harness: a cognition loop that gives every decision a source and attribution and drives planning to a close, hippocampus memory that condenses running experience into knowledge (journal ledger, episodic archive, low-confidence decay), judgment identity responsibilities in the architecture (consistent rubric, judgment bound to its source), and an A2A memory-management team via dsh-linghun-assembler. Requires DSH ^0.1.0-rc.7 (rc.2 supported).

Event-based memory for long-lived chat bots: emotion-weighted decay, three confidence levels on recall, superseding outdated facts, per-subject isolation, plus relationship, fact, chapter, skill and gap tables. Ships a CLI, an HTTP endpoint and a DSH plugin bundle.

Neuron-inspired memory for dsh: turns buffer into a hippocampus, a nightly patrol classifies fragments into pools, and each turn injects a minimal auto-compacted handoff, the live mood (via dsh-feiyu-mood), and only relevance-filtered memories (Ebbinghaus half-life decay; recalled memories are reinforced like spaced repetition). Hard caps bound storage; past-session original text is searchable over multi-frame zstd; dsh-fish-memory stores can be imported. Optional vector retrieval (off by default, keyword fallback). The 3D panel offers four themes and pulses a signal from the center to each recalled memory.

DeepSeek Harness (Cordis) plugin — bi-temporal VSA memory + cognition engine + BLAKE3 provenance, exposed as a DSH storage+session plugin. End-to-end tested with a real Python subprocess.

Reason tree: breaks a conclusion into a bottom-up argument tree, marks each branch as holds, fails or open, and jumps to the source file in Hippocampus.

Hippocampus: renders workspace files, DSH memories and past sessions as a rotatable neuron graph in the sidebar, with Chinese-friendly labels and automatic re-indexing on every start.

Lingshu (灵枢) is a brain-inspired persistent memory, persona and growth system for AI coding agents: pure Python standard library, zero dependencies, local-first, requires Python 3.9+. Hippocampus/cortex layered memory with forgetting curves, dream consolidation, fuzzy associative recall, emotion system, persona drift protection, knowledge base, self-authored skills, and a local web panel. Ships as a DSH bundled skill; the separately installable cordis startup-injector plugin auto-injects sessions only when Lingshu is installed at ~/.dsh/skills/lingshu (or brainPy is configured) and Python 3 is available; the optional update check contacts GitHub/Gitee.

Layered long-term memory for DeepSeek Harness: append-only event log, rebuildable tag index, day diaries, semantic layer, trend quarantine, and an offline knowledge-graph panel.
