Kubernetes ops for the agent: get resources with structured JSON output, describe, logs, exec, apply/delete (user-confirmed) and port-forward.

Read-only kubectl get / describe / logs / contexts for dsh on WSL (configurable log tail).

Policy plugin that gates kubectl by kubeconfig context: hard-deny irreversible verbs outside local clusters, ask for the rest.
