A Taffy mood mascot for the DeepSeek Harness Web UI: the corner GIF reacts live to agent state — approval pending / approved / rejected / begging, thinking, tool runs, interrupts, ask_user_question waiting, compaction, long-task fatigue, idle-ignored approval, idle / sleeping — with SSE-pushed state, drag positioning, middle-click console, tool-card mirror console, per-mood locking, persisted appearance settings and per-day bucket statistics.

Long-task orchestration loop: Codex plans/scores/reviews, DeepSeek executes, Kimi supplements (vision acceptance, summarization, cross-check).

Host-side long-task detection for small-context local models: long outputs are scaffolded into a parts skeleton (one part per reply, then assemble), and multi-step work into a PLAN.md ledger with notes/ (plan first, one step per reply). Detection is heuristic and host-side, so it does not depend on the model judging its own limits.

Email reminders from your DSH agent when you're away: fires at goal completion, blockage, before asking the user a decision, and at long-task milestones via a bundled zero-dependency Node SMTP sender.
