Four-step WHOOP account connection (you create your own WHOOP developer app and paste its Client ID/Secret) with automatic sync on dashboard visits, plus recovery, strain, sleep and workout charts inside DeepSeek Harness.

Workout logging plugin: a fitness_log agent tool (log, history, stats, weekly plans) storing data in local SQLite; the repo also ships a separate optional left-rail panel bundle under ui/.

Records and card layout stay in local browser storage.

COROS Sport panel for DeepSeek Harness: sign in to COROS inside the panel, read the account, bound devices, recovery, fitness, recent workouts, daily health and the training schedule in one dashboard, and get a plan from the model with /coros-plan. The plan page writes a fixed four-week, 16-session plan to the account only after a two-step confirmation.
