Relay Monitors for DeepSeek Harness

Now supports DSH 0.1.2-rc.1 while retaining 0.1.2-alpha.3 compatibility. Monitor Core 0.3.1 is verified on both releases; install Monitor extensions separately.

relay-dsh-plugin-monitors adds extensible durable bound Monitor execution to relay-dsh-plugin-events. Core includes the live Bundle Type catalog, trusted Observer/Detector registration, generic deterministic transition detectors, leased checks, and lifecycle recovery. Time and relay_schedule_timer now live in the independent relay-dsh-plugin-monitor-time extension.

The development source additionally exposes a live, localized Monitor Bundle Type catalog through the public relayMonitorBundles service and the Session-bound relay_list_monitor_bundle_types Agent tool. The catalog lists capabilities that extensions have actually registered; it is not a static support claim. An Agent can instantiate an available entry with relay_create_monitor_from_type; Session ownership is derived from the root Agent, and success follows baseline plus atomic Wait/Monitor commit. When no registered type fits, the Agent can validate and install an expiring Session- or project-scoped custom Bundle. Custom code runs in QuickJS WASM with no ambient host authority and can make only schema-checked reads through explicitly granted Capability Providers. Updates and rollbacks preserve immutable version history. Core alone intentionally reports an empty plugin Bundle Type catalog.

The older internal npm channel remains available for integration testing and does not carry this compatibility guarantee. Use the exact 0.2.1 versions in the latest-DSH command above; do not substitute @internal.

Arbitrary shell/network/browser access, mutation providers, environment values, host credentials, and raw process PIDs are rejected. Custom Bundle artifacts are copied to Relay-owned content-addressed storage, integrity-checked on every read, and collected after expiry only when no live Monitor or other receipt references them.

Build this repository with DSH_ROOT pointing to a prepared official DSH checkout: npm ci --ignore-scripts && npm run verify && npm pack. Install the resulting tarballs together. The npm package includes built lib/; raw GitHub source does not. Observer calls are bounded to at most 30 seconds and receive an abort signal on timeout or unload; cancellation releases the lease without counting as a business observation failure.
