Ferramentas de leitura da web para agentes apenas de texto. Cinco ferramentas somente leitura: web_fetch (qualquer URL em Markdown limpo ou texto simples), web_links (inventário de links de uma página), web_feed (entradas RSS 2.0 / Atom), web_headers (status HTTP, cabeçalhos e cadeia de redirecionamento sem baixar o corpo, HEAD com fallback GET automático) e web_table (tabelas HTML extraídas como linhas estruturadas com detecção de cabeçalho e expansão de grade colspan/rowspan). O transporte é o fetch do Node mais um proxy HTTP sem dependências (tunelamento CONNECT, requisições com URI absoluta, NO_PROXY com sufixo/curinga/IPv4-CIDR, Proxy-Authorization). Zero dependências de runtime.

Scans the whole C drive and classifies every large folder into A/B/C/D/E/P (safe cache / relocatable / junction-movable / abandoned software / config-memory redline / personal files), then deletes, moves, or redirects on demand — with strong redline protection, dry-run preview and undo. Unknown software decided by LLM fallback + human confirmation.

Redirects DSH downloads, artifacts, caches and temp files to user-specified drives (auto-picks the largest non-C drive), injects a path-discipline prompt into every session, and ships a disk_guard tool for status and cleanup — keeps the C: drive from filling up.
