Lembretes programados e envio adiado para DSH: `/later` envia o que você digitar como se fosse você no horário escolhido; o painel do timer (ou `/schedule`) publica um lembrete mesmo com a página fechada. (envio agendado / lembretes / envio adiado)

Scheduled send: fire a drafted message into the bound conversation as a normal user bubble at a set time. Runs host-side, so the browser can stay closed; per-session isolation and restart-safe redelivery.

Timed send for the chat composer: pick a moment and the host delivers the message then. Inside an existing conversation tasks join that conversation; from the new-session screen each task gets its own pre-created session.
