A planner board as a third tab beside chat and trajectory: a Monday-first month calendar above per-day cards holding title, note, times, three importance levels and a completion checkbox. Plans repeat daily, weekly or on weekdays with an optional end date; editing or deleting asks this occurrence versus the whole series; completion is tracked per day; one button clears a day while only skipping recurrent series. Five model tools let the agent read, write, delete, clear and undo plans in conversation.

Enhances the native right-sidebar Files tab rather than replacing it: each row gets an @ reference button that inserts the canonical path mention into the composer, plus a size column, a sortable modification-time column, and a status dot for untracked, unstaged and staged files. Below the tree a git bar shows the branch with ahead/behind counts and expands upward into the 20 most recent commits, with a repository selector when a workspace has independent repositories in subdirectories. Adds a button beside the composer and a global hotkey palette (default mod+shift+k) that hand one-off questions to a web chat instead of into the harness context: the draft is lifted out of the composer, copied to the clipboard and opened in the templated URL.
