DSH remote-development local plugin: host registry, SSH tunnels, remote workspace/session discovery, an authenticated Connection RPC surface, agent tools, and a Settings page.

Native SSH remote development for DSH: remote workspaces, mirrored sessions, terminal and file access, approvals, and a DSH UI. Requires DSH Desktop 0.2.1-rc.2 and a remote host running Linux or macOS.

Standalone backend proxy for resident SSH agent sessions through unchanged native DSH UI; no dsh-remote dependency or core edits.
