在 DeepSeek Harness 侧栏加入 Token 用量与花费面板：直接采用 DeepSeek 官方用量接口（今日消费、7/30 天趋势、今日分时、历史表、成本构成、峰谷分档计价），并用本机会话日志给出按会话明细。凭据零配置——自动读取浏览器登录态取官方数据，取不到时退回本地日志并标明来源。

会话头部显示 DeepSeek 余额与本会话 Token 用量：三级余额预警、自定义阈值、一键充值入口、分段 Token 条与缓存命中率，并采用可见时才轮询的省流策略。

在侧边栏脚部显示一行 DeepSeek 账户余额（带刷新按钮），点击打开弹层：余额卡、7/30 天每日 Token 与估算费用图表、按模型明细表，以及平台用量页外链。余额取自官方 /user/balance 接口；用量由本机 DSH 会话日志聚合，按官方峰谷单价以人民币估算，因此界面明确标注为估算值并写明统计范围。

在用户消息后为 DeepSeek Harness 维护稳定的 emoji 会话标题，不向原会话追加命名消息。
