Cross-session lesson book (the agent wrong-answer notebook) for DeepSeek Harness: injects a memory index capped at 2 KB verbatim into every turn, adds mem_recall and mem_save model tools whose write gate demands four sections, a locatable reference and explicit human approval before anything reaches disk, registers the /memory command, and keeps every lesson as a zero-dependency Markdown entry in the .memory/ directory.

Session-context surfaces ported from T3 Code: a session-row hover card showing machine, git branch, model, agent preset, approval policy and token usage, a status pill covering pending approval, awaiting input, working, error and subagent work, a provider and model chip, a per-session header strip, a lineage breadcrumb, row-menu actions that copy the context or run DSH compaction, and a preference row in DSH Settings for choosing which facts appear. Enhances the native right-sidebar Files tab rather than replacing it: each row gets an @ reference button that inserts the canonical path mention into the composer, plus a size column, a sortable modification-time column, and a status dot for untracked, unstaged and staged files. Below the tree a git bar shows the branch with ahead/behind counts and expands upward into the 20 most recent commits, with a repository selector when a workspace has independent repositories in subdirectories. A header search box walks the workspace recursively and can open a result or expand the tree at it, preview tabs offer reveal-in-tree and one-click @, the tree is keyboard navigable with ARIA tree semantics, and a right-click entry on the Files tab switches back to the native tree at runtime.

Harness-neutral Traditional Chinese enforcer + offline converter (skill, DSH bundle, CLI). One script axis either way + Cantonese/Japanese-only filters. Converts both ways; optional wording preference. Also: an LLM output guard, cp950/GBK console scan.
