按工作区开关插件、MCP 服务器与 Skills：工作区行菜单里的弹窗写入选择，宿主机在该工作区自己的 Agent 作用域内应用——关闭的 Skill 从模型目录中消失，MCP 服务器被拒绝其 mcp__<server>__ 工具，插件被拒绝其条目声明的工具名。

DSH 设置面板词元用量统计：从会话日志折叠出日/周/月 × 模型（或按厂商合并）的词元统计，storage-domain 持久化、经同源 /token-usage-rpc 路由出数；SVG 折线图（十字线悬浮按日拆到每个模型）+ 占比排行（含可选金额）+ 缓存命中率与缓存读写卡片 + 用户自备的每百万 token 价目表 + 日/月预算告警 + 当前区间导出 CSV/JSON + 可见时自动刷新 + 预设与自定义起止日期 + 重建（存储里存在日志已不存在的历史时先要一次确认）。
