从 DSH 会话里记笔记：可收藏整条回复或选中片段，划线会持久重绘回原文位置，可为其补写可编辑的 Markdown 笔记、打标签，按工作区或会话筛选，并导出 Markdown 或完整 JSON 备份；数据以本机 JSON 文件存储。

会话菜单新增「继承」：把长会话里的具体锚点（任务原文、最近的用户指令、改过的文件、最近的失败、命令、待办）机械提取成交接单，在干净的新会话里接着干——预设默认一并继承，不复制历史，也不调用模型。
