DSH Web 右侧栏的思维链面板：把每个会话的实时思考折成 turn → step 分组，每一步带该步的思考原文与工具调用。默认只展开最新一轮，更早的轮次收成一行；步骤按本地规则合并成阶段块，正在等工具的那一步单独标出，工具失败显示原因，思考原文按步按需取回，全轮目录在本地搜索轮次标题、用户原话与轮号，整轮可用一次模型调用生成中文标题。

活在宿主进程里的常驻检索索引：hot_find（文件名与路径模糊匹配，带 frecency 与 git 状态）、hot_fuzzy（内容检索，中文错字也能命中）、hot_grep（字面与正则内容检索）、hot_plan（按文件聚合命中，便于排批量阅读顺序）与 hot_stats。一份内存行索引只建一次、按需重建，单次查询不启动进程。
