在 Web UI 中一键管理 DeepSeek Harness（DSH）插件：查看、实时启停、安装/卸载、环境管理、插件市场，bundle 与非 bundle 插件全覆盖。

DSH Web plugin: check and update DeepSeek Harness CLI and all profile plugins from Settings → General.

在设置里加入「检查更新」入口和右侧边栏卡片，用于更新 DSH CLI 和所有 profile 插件；支持 npm 频道（auto/stable/next/alpha）、最小释出时间、备份、一键回滚，以及用于验证角标和浏览器通知的测试提醒。
