面向 DeepSeek Harness 的终端工作区，支持导入本地 VS Code JSON／JSONC 主题、继承终端背景效果、鼠标文本选择、结构化工具与 Diff 视图、Session／Profile／插件管理，以及 Skill／MCP 浏览。

为 DSH 补上按工具粒度的权限规则：在 tools/pre-execute 强制执行 deny/ask 清单，规则语法与 Claude Code 相同，不迁移也能单独用。
