DietrichGebert/ponytail v4.9.0 的 DSH 完整移植：常驻懒人 senior 模式与七阶梯子（YAGNI 到最小实现），含 6 个技能（评审、审计、债务、收益、帮助）且无空 tool。

编程模式 agent preset 组合包：标准编码 Agent 强制执行 Superpowers 工程纪律（技能优先、先头脑风暴、先计划后编码、TDD、系统化调试、完成前验证），并常驻 Ponytail 代码量纪律（7 级最小化阶梯，默认 full）；内置全部 20 个技能（14 superpowers + 6 ponytail），并在每个新会话的第一条请求前自动注入 using-superpowers 技能全文。

在 DSH 会话中自动注入所选技能（如 caveman、ponytail）：每轮提示或仅在会话开始时，含设置页与输入区指示。

把「最懒资深工程师」规则集 ponytail 装进 DeepSeek Harness：7 级最小代码阶梯（YAGNI、复用、标准库、平台原生、已装依赖、一行、最小实现），六个技能（主规则、过度工程 review、全仓 audit、debt 欠账台账、gain 计分板、help 速查），/ponytail 会话级调档命令（lite/full/ultra/off），以及可选的每轮常驻规则注入。上游内容 MIT 原样打包，零工具注册，卸载零残留。
