将符合条件的 shell 命令路由给 rtk，压缩工具输出并节省 token。

dsh-router 的 RTK(Rust Token Killer)扩展插件：把每次 bash 工具调用经 `rtk rewrite` 改写，让 agent 读到压缩后的命令输出；rtk 缺失或无等价改写时原样执行。

四层省 Token，不牺牲模型智能：handoff、rtk、headroom、caveman 四个省 token 的 skill，每个也是独立可装插件。

将 web profile 的 pwsh shell 执行器替换为执行前经 `rtk rewrite` 透明改写的子类以节省 token，任何改写失败（无等价、rtk 缺失、超时）都原样执行且沙箱语义完整保留。
