UI Enhancements

Adds a sidebar entry that opens a card gallery of all Red Fox Community skills from the redfox-community-dsh plugin.

Adds an avatar to the left of each turn's final AI reply and to the right of each user message; upload your own image and set its size and circle or square frame.

JIRA task panel under the DSH composer: per-workspace project key and optional JQL, listing the issues assigned to the current user with status, priority and issue-type chips, a total count, collapse and refresh, links to JIRA, plus a settings card for the base URL and token with a connection probe.

Manageable one-tap text chips above the session composer; idle sessions queue the message and running sessions steer at the next safe boundary without rewriting the draft.
