A magnifier beside the Global pins heading opens a search overlay: it matches session titles and workspace names instantly, then searches message content through the Host index when the deployment enables it, splitting results under small Sessions and Content headings with snippets.

First-paint splash for DSH: pushes a branded splash page into the boot HTML as an index-injection row, so the desktop window opens already showing the splash instead of a white/loading flash. Fades out and hands over once the startup-animation plugin starts (checked via `window.__DSH_STARTUP_RUNNING__`), with a 6-second fallback (configurable via `maxMs`) so it can never trap the app behind the splash. A normal dsh.bundle plugin: no host changes, no app.asar patching.

Hippocampus: renders workspace files, DSH memories and past sessions as a rotatable neuron graph in the sidebar, with Chinese-friendly labels and automatic re-indexing on every start.

Stores the agent's long-term memory as plain Markdown in an Obsidian vault — every memory is a .md file with YAML frontmatter that Obsidian indexes natively, so you can read, edit, link and back up it with tools you already use. Nothing is locked in a database. Live step pill in the DSH session header: folds the durable session event stream into the agent's current action (tool name plus its argument summary), the step index inside the running turn, the elapsed turn time and the todo progress, polls it every 1.2 seconds, and renders blue pulse while working, green for a finished turn and red for a failed tool call; hides itself 9 seconds after a turn ends. On Windows it also opens an always-on-top desktop HUD (set DSH_AGENT_STATUS_HUD=0 to disable).

Das Modell speichert mit `memory_remember` und ruft Relevantes per `memory_recall` ab; vor jedem Schritt erfolgt zusätzlich ein automatischer Abruf. Web-of-Science-Literaturpipeline: Verlauf iterativer Suchanfragen und Mengenschranke (bei Nichterreichen muss der Nutzer die Suchanfrage bestätigen), PDF-Aufnahme mit %PDF--Prüfung, Parser-Orchestrierung (nutzt dsh-pdf-mineru erneut), Wissensdatenbank-Skelett und fünfstufiges lint/index sowie Browser-Wächter (Tabs schließen, Prüfung an Menschen übergeben). Keine Skill-Abhängigkeit.

Archiviert DSH-Gesprächsausgaben in SiYuan-Notizen: Ein Aufruf von `siyuan_archive` speichert unter `<archive path>/<year-month>/<type>/<date>_<time>_<topic>_<content>` samt Metadatentabelle und pflegt einen Index im Notizbuchstamm. Sechs Host-Tools `siyuan_*` (Notizbücher listen, Volltextsuche, Dokument lesen/archivieren, Block löschen, Dokument entfernen) plus Web-Einstellungen für Basis-URL/Verbindungstest, API-Token im Host-Anmeldedatenspeicher, Ziel und Titelvorlage. Lese-/Schreib-/Löschrechte je Notizbuch/Dokument standardmäßig verweigert; untergeordnete Ebenen dürfen nur weiter einschränken.
