mainlineに取り込まれたbranch（merge/squash、rebase/cherry-pick後のpatch同等、upstream消失、PR merge）を検出。既定は報告のみ、要求時だけ削除し、切替/rebaseはしない。削除local branchはrefs/backup/branch-cleaner/に退避、remote削除はbackupなし。

composer用branch panel。production6から規則検査付きbranchを作り、commit文をtype(scope)規約で検証し、commit/push/stageへのmergeをワンクリックで行う。
