Fork of y-wi/dsh-deepseek-web, kept working on DSH 0.2.1-alpha.2: the peer ranges are widened so the compatibility gate no longer rejects the whole bundle, the removed settings API is replaced with `ctx.settings.configure()` plus `.volatile()` config fields, the renamed client icons are updated, and an upstream SSE error now surfaces as a real error instead of an empty message that poisoned the session history. The fork also repairs what the rename to `-free` left behind: the session-list route used to derive its suffix from a hard-coded length inherited from the old package name, which had turned every conversation request into a 404 while sign-in still worked; and the sidebar conversation panel now paints on an opaque surface token instead of the host's translucent menu token, which only reads as a menu beside the backdrop blur a body-mounted panel cannot install.

Adds one draggable desktop pet to the DSH web GUI: a whale girl called Big Fat Fish (nickname Jingjing), with eight switchable colour skins and a personality. She eats rice, is clever but lazy, and is a tsundere: too many rapid clicks and she lies down and refuses to react for a while, calling her fat annoys her and she insists she is not, and the nickname Jingjing pleases her. She also remembers you between sessions: three fat-calls today and she greets you cold, three nickname-calls and she greets you warm, coming back after half an hour earns "I was not waiting for you", and the first few meetings she is shy - so the counters reset each local midnight and are stored in a state file the plugin owns. After ten quiet minutes she drifts to a corner, which is visual only and never moves the position you chose. The eight PNGs are bundled with the plugin and served by the plugin itself, so there are no third-party requests. NOTE - the artwork carries an OleapCrow mark and was supplied by the repository owner, the eight skins are recolourings of that one drawing, and the plugin has not been installed against a live DSH host.

A timer wakes a DSH session to read the GitHub repos and topics you follow, decide which changes are worth your time, and write a dated report while keeping a table of what it already saw. A sidebar panel keeps the run history and the GitHub trending list. Read-only.

Runs persistent bash and Linux-path file and search tools inside the current WSL distribution. A new conversation that selects WSL mode asks which of that distribution's folders to use as the workspace, and nothing is installed inside the distribution.

Settings page for the REA reverse-engineering tool gateway (rea-mcp-lite) that lives in the same repository: tick which tool bundles load into context, see the tool count and token cost of each bundle, hot-swap them without restarting DSH, and check this repository and REA for updates, including classifying the tools a new REA release added. Requires REA (rea-agents) and the gateway registered as the rea MCP server (see repo README).

Per-turn tool cost line in the chat stream: after each turn a collapsible row under the reply lists which tools ran, how many times, and how many tokens each tool injected into the context (input plus output), expandable to per-tool detail.

Read-only audit of the local CLI toolchain as a sidebar panel in the DSH web GUI: lists installed versions across Homebrew, npm global, pip, Rust/Bun/uv and self-updating CLIs, flags which ones have a newer release available, and shows the dependency impact for installed packages. It reports only and never runs an upgrade, so no tool on the machine is modified. The DSH plugin ships on npm as `dsh-cli-doctor`.
