コンテキストメーターのポップオーバー内で、呼び出しごとのキャッシュ料金を表示します。現在のステップ、ラウンド、セッションの合計に加え、ヒット / ミス / 出力トークンと金額、自動の北京勤務時間帯ピーク / オフピーク料金、モデル別料金に対応し、サードパーティリレーも課金します。

モデル・プロバイダー・ワークスペース・期間を横断した利用分析：キャッシュヒットの可視化、モデル/プロバイダー別内訳、時間別・日別トレンド、GitHub 風 53 週ヒートマップ、連続利用、Token シェアのドーナツ図、組み合わせ可能なフィルター、キャッシュ効率トレンド、DeepSeek 残高、CSV エクスポート。セッション削除後も保持される永続台帳（増分再構築、再起動時は未変更セッションをログ再読なしで適用）。ワークスペース登録は DSH の domain/changed プローブで自動更新し、DSH 登録のワークスペースのみを厳密に集計。Token 計上は入力・キャッシュ読み書き・推論を分離し、ゼロ使用の再生は記録を上書きしない。中文は現地時間、English は UTC。API はループバックのみ。
