DeepSeek Harness 向けの可逆なコンテキスト軽量化: 一様な JSON 配列の TOON 風ロスレス表形式再エンコード、行番号付きのストライドサンプリングされた表ウィンドウ、繰り返しのツール出力に対するターン間重複排除を行う。各置換はバイト数＋トークン数のゲート（≤72% のバイト数、推定トークン数が厳密に少ない）を通過し、元データは `[save-token #id]` 通知の背後でディスクに退避される。`save_token_expand` ツールを1回の呼び出しで復元でき、設定ダッシュボードには請求済みトークン数と削減済みトークン数の計測が表示される。

ファイルエンコーディングガード:GBK、Big5、Shift-JIS、EUC-KR、Windows-125x、UTF-16、UTF-32 のファイルに対してバイト単位で正確な読み取り/書き込み/編集を行い、レガシーファイルの編集時に UTF-8 へ黙って書き換えられることなく元のエンコーディングのまま維持します。UTF-8 BOM は元の状態どおり正確に保持され、改行コード(CRLF/LF/CR)も維持されます。エンコーディングで表現できない文字は「?」として書き込まれず拒否されます。また、UTF-8 以外のファイルは候補エンコーディング付きで一覧表示されるため、モデルが明示的に読み直すことができます。
