DeepSeek Harness のモデル切り替えと reasoning effort 制御：set_model / list_models エージェントツールで、理由必須・プロバイダーホワイトリスト・コンテキスト窓のトークン圧ガード付きで、タスク途中でもプロバイダー／モデル／思考深度を自律的に変更できます。アクティブモデルは実行コンテキストに注入され、Plan Mode の自動移行はプランモードに入ると設定済みの計画モデルへ切り替え、終了時に以前の実行モデルへ戻します。

パネルに触れずに、自然言語の文で現在のDSHセッションのモデルを切り替えます。Web、TUI、IMブリッジ（WeChat、Feishu）で利用できます。
