ブロック単位でアドレス指定できるドキュメント編集：geml_get / geml_set / geml_check などを公開する MCP サーバーにより、エージェントは Markdown や GEML ドキュメントのファイル全体ではなく、アドレス指定した1ブロックだけを読み書きできます。GEML 執筆スキルと、プロジェクトのコールグラフを GEML コードマップとして構築・ナビゲートするコードグラフスキルを同梱しています。

dsh の読書アーカイブ：オープンソースコードを読んだ後、簡単なメモを取るか、リポジトリ／ファイル／シンボルごとに 1 枚のカードにまとまる詳細ノートを書き、Obsidian で開ける Markdown ノートの追記専用ログとして保存します。履歴の照会、最近の閲覧の参照、自分の Obsidian 保管庫の検索、関連ノートの読書記録へのリンクが可能。9 つのツール、/codevault コマンド、コード読解スキルを備えます。

Obsidian Agent Client（および他の ACP クライアント）から DeepSeek Harness を操作する ACP アダプタ：セッションの一覧表示、再開、フォーク、削除、セッションごとのモデル切り替え、1 行要約のプレビュー、外部 ACP セッションのインポート、Obsidian Agent Client の会話を dsh ネイティブのセッションストレージへの取り込み。DSH >= 0.1.5-rc.3 が必要。

Project documents and long-term memory as plain Markdown in a dedicated Obsidian vault: six mem_* tools (search, read, write, log, brief, admin), one budgeted recall injection at the first step of a session, and automatic distillation of completed turns. Obsidian does not need to be running, and the vault stays readable with the plugin uninstalled.
