アイドルエージェントターンのサーキットブレーカー：agent/assistant-stream を監視し、45 秒経過後、80000 推論文字後、または退化した繰り返しパターン（完全繰り返しユニット、文テンプレート繰り返し、疎繰り返し、6-gram 密度）に達した時点で、推論のみ（テキストもツール呼び出しもなし）を生成するターンをキャンセルします。トリップ時には次のアクションをツール呼び出しとする継続命令を注入し、11 件のリグレッションケースと各ゲートごとの調整を提供します。
