DSH Web 用のワンクリックデスクトップランチャー。WPF スタイルの起動ポップアップ（進捗＋タイムアウト）付きの Windows .lnk を作成し、認証済みブラウザを開きます。さらに、ctx.appExit 経由で dsh を正常に終了するフローティングシャットダウンボタンも搭載。

DSH Web のインスタンスマネージャー:Mini Utility Dock パネルで、マシンが見つけられるすべてのローカルな dsh web インスタンス(ポート、PID、稼働時間、ライブセッション数、常駐メモリ、バージョン)を一覧表示し、3080〜3129 の中で自動的に選ばれた空きポートまたは指定したポートで新しいインスタンスを起動し、行を新しいタブで開き、そのインスタンス自身のグレースフルシャットダウン(appExit)を通じて 1 つまたはすべてを停止します。各行はそのインスタンスが提供している内容も表示し、読み取り専用のインスタンスログとセッション概要はワンクリックで見られます。ピアが設定されている場合は、同じパネルが bearer 認証リンクを介して他のマシン上のインスタンスを一覧表示し照会します。すべてのルートはループバック保護されており、ブラウザー向けのアクションはさらにホスト自身のブラウザー認証を通過しなければなりません。

DeepSeek Harness のタスク完了後に Windows を自動でシャットダウンする。フローティングのアームボタンと、キャンセル可能なカウントダウンバナー（shutdown /a）を備え、実行時依存はゼロ。
