Cross-session memory and a per-workspace knowledge base in one plugin. Memories are plain JSONL under ~/.dsh/memory by default; each session starts with the relevant ones already in the system prompt and writes one back when it ends. A read-only kb/ folder per workspace plus one global folder is searched with results cited down to file lines. Eleven tools under a scribe_ prefix (seven scribe_memory_*, four scribe_kb_*), a /scribe slash command, and a settings page with overview, memory, knowledge base and migration tabs. Deleting a file moves it to the system trash where one exists (macOS, Linux), falling back to an in-folder dsh-notes-trash directory; Windows has no delete entry.
