12개의 테스트된 엔지니어링 스킬(git commit, code review, test-first, plugin dev, debugging, changelog, PR review, task breakdown 등): 모든 SKILL.md가 공식 스킬 규칙에 맞춰진 형식 유효성 검사기와 격리된 로드 스모크 테스트를 통과.
