로더에 독립적인 DSH Web 시작 복구 기능으로, 손상된 것으로 보이는 플러그인을 감지하여 일시적으로 건너뛰고 Boot Guard가 관리하는 변경 사항만 복원합니다.

PicGo의 기존 설정(PicGo Cloud, GitHub, S3, COS, Qiniu 또는 설치된 모든 업로더 플러그인)을 통해 로컬 이미지와 파일을 이미지 호스트에 업로드합니다. `picgo_upload` 도구와 `/picgo` 명령으로 사용합니다.
