DSH side of the dsh-ecolink memory ecosystem: bridges chat.deepseek.com and DeepSeek Harness through a browser extension that harvests DSM-format memory tags and injects recalled memories into web chats, a zero-dependency local service that writes a shared memory pool, and this adapter, which injects memories pre-step and offers /ecolink-push write-back; compression is transactional (staging pool with commit/rollback).

Replaces the built-in DSH compaction summarizer with a five-section handoff summary and keeps every shadowed message readable in a segment directory.

Persona engine for DeepSeek Harness: one config.json drives the AI's self-name (per model, per tier), how it addresses you, relationship stance, character text, per-item work contracts with individual toggles, thinking-chain language, appearance and reply tone (both opt-in and per-model overridable), and long-term memory gated by human confirmation - the AI can only append proposed candidates, a human confirm line flips them into effect, and the log is physically append-only and replayable. Confirmed entries are injected as a quoted data-not-instructions block; entries tagged with a kind can instead be routed to arbitrary files on confirmation and never reach the prompt. Three prompt sections re-evaluate from disk on every assembly, so edits apply on the next step with no restart. Persona presets are shareable JSON snapshots (imports and exports SillyTavern character cards, v2/v3 read, v2 written) and deliberately never carry memory. Zero runtime dependencies, no network, no shell; any error degrades to an empty section rather than a broken session. Ships blank - installing changes nothing until you write something.

Reads the files that AGENTS.md references with @path imports and injects their content into model context at session start, with byte budgets, compaction re-seeding and a six-language settings card. v0.2.3 targets DSH 0.1.7+ (hardened for 0.2.0-rc.2+); use 0.1.x on DSH 0.1.5.

Pet sheets may use any cell resolution and scale preserving aspect ratio (atlas.scaling: smooth | pixelated). v2.2 adds a video route — feed it a clip (green screen or ordinary footage) and its real motion becomes the pet animations, via automatic backdrop sampling, chroma keying with spill suppression, motion-based segment splitting and union-bbox alignment; already-extracted PNG frames work too, with no video decoder installed, and the clip audio can be cut into per-action sounds. Pets can also be published to the community gallery under the DPSL-1.0 sharing declaration, and installed from it in one click. v2.3 adapts it to DSH 0.2 desktop clients — the celebration sound now falls back to spawning PowerShell when the host no longer provides the shell service — and makes a single click play a short, configurable taunt animation (`interactions.clickAnim`).

Agentic answer reviewer for DeepSeek Harness: each final assistant turn is re-reviewed by a separate LLM graded 1-100; below-threshold scores steer the agent back with concrete feedback. The score is shown as a chip on the answer's action row (green pass / red needs-work, with retry count and reason on hover).
