Lingshu startup injector: runs brain.py startup on every new agent session and injects persona / memory / todos automatically. Requires Python 3, and the Lingshu skill installed at ~/.dsh/skills/lingshu; silently does nothing if either is missing. Main repo also ships a bundled SKILL.md entry point.

Work todo reminders in a sidebar panel with four stage tabs (not started, in progress, overdue, done) plus separate recurring and paused filters, priority derived from the end time in real time, pinning that survives overdue, and enable/disable for recurring tasks. Recurrence covers workdays (following China's statutory holidays and make-up workdays), selected weekdays, monthly dates with month-end rollover, and 5-field cron; one-off tasks default to start and end reminders (start optional, end required); meetings can disable the end reminder. Alerts appear in a page overlay with optional browser notifications, snooze and quiet hours. Twelve agent tools; weekly/monthly reports, natural-language quick add, and cross-view search; data is a single local JSON file with completed tasks archived per quarter.

DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin: an Overview tab beside Chat/Trajectory plus a right-sidebar page summarizing session progress (goal, todos, key steps), artifacts, and references, with per-turn scoping, OpenViking memory preview, and quick-nav linkage.

Ports jcode's auto-poke so an idle agent keeps working while its session still has incomplete todos.

Turns a DSH session into a self-contained interactive HTML mind map of its topics, conclusions, decisions, todos and open questions, and reports what changed since the previous run.

Notes and todos as plain Markdown files in your workspace: type /ml plus a sentence to jot into today's journal; todos come in three flavors — deadline, sleep-until-a-date (auto-wakes when due), and anytime; /ml view fuzzy-opens any file with a few keystrokes. Zero tokens throughout — nothing goes through the model, and your notes stay ordinary local files that git and any editor can read.
