Skill that fact-checks a claim against the open web rather than model memory: it splits the claim into independently checkable fact points, routes each point to the primary-source ladder for its domain (policy, academic, medical, financial, disaster and accidents, food safety, science, education, sports, entertainment, judicial, and more), searches domestic and international ecosystems in parallel, fetches primary pages, grades sources by type, re-searches with debunking keywords, and reports conclusion-first with a full URL and citation position behind every statement, keeping unverified and undecidable points separate from confirmed ones. Three factual judgements can be routed to a TypeSafe Jev (System One) decision model when a key is configured, falling back to the skill's deterministic rules when it is not; a model verdict can only lower a confidence tier.

PDF electronic signing: generate a handwritten-style signature image, stamp images and typed blocks onto PDF pages, and apply a PKCS#7/CMS digital signature with a PKCS#12 certificate you supply. Stamping first keys an opaque background out to transparency - un-compositing each pixel so the ink keeps its original colour - and trims to the ink, so a seal stamped over a signature does not erase it.

Pre-execution safety valve for DSH that judges with TypeSafe Jev: it hooks tools/pre-execute and decides every bash/pwsh call by first applying offline static rules, then by asking the Jev model — the System One model from TypeSafe, which returns a structured decision instead of prose — one yes-no question ("will this command irreversibly delete or overwrite real data?"), turning the answer into allow, revise, block or escalate; revise hands the model a safer rewrite, escalate offers a one-shot human token; exhausted credit or a missing API key degrades loudly instead of failing silent, and a missing key is requested in the conversation itself (`guard key set`, read from stdin); every verdict is appended to a shared audit log and the text people read is bilingual zh-CN/en.
