Persona engine for DeepSeek Harness: one config.json drives the AI's self-name (per model, per tier), how it addresses you, relationship stance, character text, per-item work contracts with individual toggles, thinking-chain language, appearance and reply tone (both opt-in and per-model overridable), and long-term memory gated by human confirmation - the AI can only append proposed candidates, a human confirm line flips them into effect, and the log is physically append-only and replayable. Confirmed entries are injected as a quoted data-not-instructions block; entries tagged with a kind can instead be routed to arbitrary files on confirmation and never reach the prompt. Three prompt sections re-evaluate from disk on every assembly, so edits apply on the next step with no restart. Persona presets are shareable JSON snapshots (imports and exports SillyTavern character cards, v2/v3 read, v2 written) and deliberately never carry memory. Zero runtime dependencies, no network, no shell; any error degrades to an empty section rather than a broken session. Ships blank - installing changes nothing until you write something.

Pair a phone with this computer's DSH instance by QR code or a six-digit code, then drive it remotely — send instructions, view images, answer approvals — from the panel, with public-tunnel support for pairing across networks.

One-click ✨ polish button for the composer: rewrites prompts and drafts with WorkBuddy humanizer-style rules (kills AI-flavored phrasing, varies rhythm, mode-aware for instructions/questions/prose) via free Zhipu GLM-4.5-Flash or any OpenAI-compatible API, falling back to offline local rules.

DSH side of Blind Whale Farmer, a SMAPI mod in the same repo that lets an AI play Stardew Valley from a text game state through MCP tools: syncs play limits and extra instructions to the running game, adds an optional session preset or a single stardew gateway tool (both off by default), and sends "keep playing" when a Stardew session ends on a tool call that came back as plain text. Run one deterministic skill-routing pass on every user instruction, so the skill catalog is consulted before the model answers instead of after it remembers. On the host it scores the live catalog from the instruction's keywords and the catalog metadata, with no LLM or embedding call, and appends a single producer-tagged message to the step: a ranked shortlist by default, the winning SKILL.md body once the score clears a threshold, or an instruction to call a named router skill exactly once. Unrelated instructions stay silent.

DSH prompt library and reusable snippets plugin: save, edit, delete, and append prompt templates, workflow instructions, and reusable text from a button beside the composer without sending.

Loads a workspace's VSCode/Copilot AI configuration into every DSH session: `.github/copilot-instructions.md` is injected as standing instructions, `.github/instructions/**/*.instructions.md` are gated by their frontmatter `applyTo` and join once the session has touched a matching file, and `.github/skills/*/SKILL.md` are registered as DSH skills. Configuration directories outside the workspace, by default `~/.copilot`, are read as well, and a settings page edits that path list.
