One repository, three parts: a runtime injector for DSH plugin packages (inject, hot-reload, unload, promote a dev staging tool to the front, route self-heal, plus a settings-page plugin manager that lists, unloads and drags folders in to internalize), a task-aware reasoning-mode router agent preset (router-standard / router-spec / router-react), and a graded two-level task protocol whose six tools (commit_star, lock_stage, revise_do, edit_plan, mark_task, redteam_verdict) pin task state to disk. The injector implementation ships in-tree, so the install carries its own behaviour rather than a dependency list.

Mobile remote-control suite: bundle plugin with native sidebar entry and admin drawer, self-healing bearer-token gateway over LAN/Tailscale, Android app (sessions/approvals/questions/goals), /fs/* file transfer (Range resume, 2GB upload), latency-based multi-server auto-switch, offline chat cache.

Feishu/Lark bridge for DeepSeek Harness: scan-to-connect PersonalAgent binding, streaming cards, git-worktree project workspaces, parallel per-scope tasks, multi-role agents, cross-session notify, in-chat model/key management, and a safety-net guardian that still answers in Feishu after dsh crashes.

Anatomy panel for the Agent-Body organs: serves a live vitals dashboard at /anatomy inside the harness itself - organs, heartbeat, healing ledger, self-training counters and the real pulse stream - read straight from the runtime files rather than retyped. Host-only, no client bundle and no build step.

Zero-residence context engine: large tool payloads are evicted out of the live context into a queryable store and only deterministic pointers are left behind, so per-turn prompt tokens stop growing with the transcript. Any masked content is reconstructed verbatim from the session log on demand, by tool-call id or session seq.

The organ kernel of Agent-Body: plugins organized as one body. Each command is turned into a nerve impulse that deterministically innervates the organ which should handle it and names the capability to use; a heartbeat with a variable interval (faster on alerts, slower when idle) pumps operator directives, proprioception and homeostasis warnings system-wide; reflex arcs fire with zero model calls; failures go through deterministic attribution (missing tool / arguments / permission / timeout / network), a prescription, and a re-check loop, with argument errors never auto-retried. A missing organ is compensated by the one with the highest capability overlap, and tool schemas are gated by the current intent (84.7% measured reduction, reproducible in-repo). This entry is the kernel plugin package inside the agent-body repository.

The memory organ of Agent-Body: after 2 minutes of silence it enters light sleep and after 5 minutes deep sleep, where deterministic rules distil real experience into memory cards (pitfalls, playbooks, hotspots, unresolved issues, facts). Incoming commands recall related cards by keyword and inject them into context; cards unused for long decay on a half-life and are archived rather than deleted. It also de-noises body-wide homeostasis warnings: repeats inside a window are counted instead of re-printed, and a warning that keeps recurring without ever healing converges into a known steady-state offset and goes quiet. Consolidation and recall make no model calls.

Restart recovery for DeepSeek Harness web: after a crash or restart, an interrupted agent turn continues automatically (host-side agent/created listener, no browser timing races).

Plugin coordination layer: plugins declare their capabilities, commands route to the owning plugin without a model call, tool schemas load on demand to cut prompt tokens, run history consolidates into long-term memory while idle, and failures are classified before any retry.

Registers the DeepSeek Harness web server (dsh web) as an auto-start, self-healing background service — LaunchAgent / systemd / cron plus a 30s health-check watchdog — with seven dsh_daemon_* tools (install/uninstall/reinstall/status/start/stop/update).

Keeps long DSH sessions alive when a model channel starts failing: daruma takes over after the in-box retry gives up, trips a self-healing circuit breaker on repeated 429/5xx or a terminal error, and moves the next request to another channel in your chain. A panel beside the composer picks the backup by hand, switches show up as rows in the conversation, and every decision lands in a durable JSONL audit log.

Self-healing runtime layer: a resource control loop with strategy switching and repair escalation, error-storm and fiber-failure insight, cross-session knowledge carry-over, a self-healing dashboard and 7 tools.

Boot-time guard that repairs corrupt session logs, preflights plugin composition, vm-checks client artifacts, smoke-tests host apply() and quarantines crash-causing bundles, so a broken plugin can never brick startup.

Guards the persisted session-projection cache: per-row JSON degradation so one misbehaving projection unit (e.g. a third-party plugin storing a Map) can never stall session titles or the whole cache again, plus a startup self-heal that backfills missing titles.
