Session deletion removes the conversation from disk permanently and cannot be undone.

Adds a web device-code sign-in and sign-out entry for the built-in GitHub Copilot provider in DSH, presets an out-of-the-box Copilot provider route, keeps credentials in the built-in credential store, and manages the model catalog as a first-login fallback that never overwrites customized model entries.
