Web chat entry for DeepSeek Harness: a sidebar button opening chat.deepseek.com in a dedicated desktop window under dsh-desktop, with in-webview fallback for plain web environments.

Runs the agent's filesystem, bash and PTY terminals inside a Docker container by providing the `ctx.fs` and `ctx.subprocess` seams, so cwd, environment and background processes survive a harness restart.

Shell tool with four Windows backends (PowerShell / Git Bash / WSL / MSYS2) plus an interactive PTY terminal; the MSYS2 backend starts bash.exe with -lc so /etc/profile puts /usr/bin and /mingw64/bin on PATH, and injects MSYSTEM=MINGW64 into the PTY environment.
