Sidebar panel management for DeepSeek Harness: a grouped Panels launcher collects global panel rows and third-party plugin entry rows into one searchable menu — the full panel inventory (pinned and unpinned, unpinned open via temporary-pin peek), collapsible group memory, in-menu search with keyboard navigation, and hover pin/top quick-actions. A Ctrl+K command palette mirrors the inventory with quick commands; a keyboard-reachable right-click context menu covers open/pin/top/keep-in-sidebar. Supports icon-only panel rows, top-pinning with drag-to-reorder, a compact footer with granular sub-toggles, and a Settings page with height sliders, a locale-safe whitelist, pin management, and settings export/import.

Groups the sessions of every workspace in the DSH sidebar by day, with explicit date labels, a live running indicator and date-based search.

Adds a right-sidebar panel that lists the skills available to the current session, searches and tags them, combines them with your own saved prompts, appends the selection to the composer in one click, and can pin skills and prompts as always-on context injected through the system prompt.

Work todo reminders in a sidebar panel with four stage tabs (not started, in progress, overdue, done) plus separate recurring and paused filters, priority derived from the end time in real time, pinning that survives overdue, and enable/disable for recurring tasks. Pins the conversation column of the dsh UI to a fixed width — a pixel value or a percentage of the column — from a row in General settings, and hides the built-in drag handles so the width stays put.

Power Mode typing effects for the DSH web composer: caret particles and glowing character echoes, a heat ramp from amber to red with rising embers as the combo grows, a combo counter over visible glyphs, and a synthesized key tick with a heavier Enter impact.

The done state persists across sessions via a local date stamp and reconciles with the upstream status on load, flipping back automatically after midnight.

Session utilities: Markdown export and dependency-free batch ZIP export, a timeline overlay for jumping between turns, safe session duplication that rewrites internal identity fields, and sidebar right-click menu extension points.

Moves the default workspace off the system drive (DSH opens every new Session in <Documents>/deepseek-harness/default-workspace and never relocates it) while keeping stored sessions usable: rewrites the workspace record without a restart, offers the same three actions as a GUI panel, moves stored session logs together with their header cwd, and re-frames logs whose first frame is not exactly one header line. Requires the desktop host (workspaceRegistry and sessionPersistence).

They reorder themselves by how often you use them, and ask you to fill in {{placeholder}} values before the snippet lands in the draft. Clicking appends rather than replaces, so a half-written draft survives. A drawer adds search, grouping and editing, and everything lives in a Host-side JSON file you can edit by hand.

A shared right sidebar for the DSH web client — other plugins register tabs into the `rightbar.tab` slot instead of each pinning a `position:fixed` panel; ships a `rightbar-tab` skill for agents and an opt-in mode that moves legacy fixed panels aside.

Sidebar overhaul for the dsh web UI: long-press drag to reorder the panel icon rail, one arrow to fold it away, whole-row height caps on both the panel list and the pinned section (30% of the rail, rounded down to whole rows), a pinned-session section that mirrors the shipped row's live status (spinner, waiting-for-reply, relative time), drag-to-reorder conversation view tabs, archived Sessions sunk to the bottom of each group newest-first, forked child Sessions following their parent into the pinned section, and a generic lift that moves any plugin's sidebar-footer entry up into the rail. Each subsystem starts behind its own guard, so one that fails returns null and the rest of the plugin still mounts.

An animated pixel cat that lives over the DSH web interface and follows what the agent is doing — sitting while the session is calm, lying down and falling asleep while a run is in progress, and waking when the turn returns or typing starts. It can be dragged anywhere, remembers its position, sleeps after a minute of inactivity, and offers an enable switch, four sizes and a status-reaction toggle in Settings.

Per-package automatic updates for the DeepSeek Harness plugins you choose. On a schedule it asks npm for the latest version of installed plugins, updates only the packages you check, and skips local link or file installs, pinned versions and packages with errors; upgrades stay inside the major version and skip prereleases by default. Updates go through the profile's own plugin manager, so the profile write lock, pnpm step, bundle-patch validation and hot reload are the host's, and a failed install puts the previous version back. Each cycle is appended to a JSON log.

United Nations theme for the DSH Web GUI: UN blue over paper white, the official emblem, a slow rotation of credited UN peacekeeping photographs behind the conversation, Charter and UN-facts ribbons, and a 7,030-language picker (127 languages with a complete skin translation) that leaves every existing control untouched. Browser-side only; installers for Linux, macOS and Windows.

A polish button in the composer trailing controls that rewrites the draft in place with the model. Context is matched by topic, not by recency: anchors from the draft (paths, identifiers, quoted text, CJK bigrams) pick the earlier messages about the same task, so a session that interleaves several tasks does not leak another task goal or files into the rewrite — and the prompt explicitly lets the model ignore the extract when it does not fit. The result goes back through the same undo-able editor path a human edit uses. Drafts holding reference chips (@file, folder, session) or a claimed /command, and drafts mid-submission, disable the button instead of silently dropping references.

DeepSeek Harness UI polish: one Markdown style across every renderer, select-text annotations with numbered pins, a sidebar that drags down to 214px and remembers its width, a first launch that fills the screen, sidebar panel and plugin icons collected into one top row of five, and a colour-cycling marker for running sessions.

Turns a plugin repository's existing screenshots into a 6-second silent looping hero reel: a VP9 webm that keeps real alpha, a matted gif, and a cover frame, plus a manifest with per-scene holds and sha256s. The timeline is exact by construction (integer holds plus transitions sum to durationMs, and the last scene transitions back into the first so t=0 equals t=duration). Zero runtime dependencies: PNG decode/encode on node:zlib, an SDF card compositor, and ffmpeg as the only external binary, discovered at runtime. Ships a conversation-view panel (pick, reorder, generate, copy the README markdown) and a CLI with a storyboard.json contract.
