Unified token quota and usage statistics for dsh: multi-vendor rolling/payg quota with sidebar cards and provider ops, plus session-log token aggregation with trends, heatmap, and per-model breakdown.

A guarded local fetch provider for the ctx.web seam — the backend dsh does not ship for its own web_fetch tool. Every redirect hop is re-resolved and checked against the non-routable ranges, with a streamed size cap and a content-type allowlist.

Aggregated web search provider that fans one query out to 11 engines (Exa, Parallel, DuckDuckGo, SearXNG, Brave, Tavily, Serper, Mojeek, DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI) concurrently, URL-dedupes and merges the results.
