Keeps one reasoning-only turn from making an entire session unusable. When a turn produces no visible text and no tool call, the assistant message is persisted empty, the gateway then rejects every later request in that session with 'content or tool_calls must be set', and the session is dead with no way back through chat. This plugin registers a single llm/stream waterfall listener and, only when the turn carried nothing visible, injects a small text block immediately before the terminal finish, so the persisted message is never empty. Ships the fixture DSH's own mock cannot express (a strictly reasoning-only SSE server, since llm-mock-server forbids an empty successText and always appends text after reasoning), plus an end-to-end reproduction that replays a real persisted session through DSH's own serializeMessages. Preventive, not a repair. Zero dependencies, one file, no process or filesystem access.

All-media (video/audio/image) sibling of liustack/modlens: turns local media into structured evidence (timeline / transcript / layout regions) injected into the conversation so text-only models can cite concrete frames, seconds and speakers — Evidence, not imagination. One failover chain per media, recorded hop-by-hop in meta.attempts (a fallback is never silent): host-registered multimodal models first, then a configured OpenAI-compatible endpoint (comma-separated multi-key rotation), then local ffmpeg frame-sampling / a local ASR CLI, degrading to metadata-only as a last resort. Absorbs modlens battle-tested rules — cooldown keyed only on auth/quota failures and softened to chain-tail (never dropped), redact-before-clip error text, magic-byte sniff that never trusts file extensions. Optional vision-bridge registers a media-lens wrapper into the host model selector so a pure-text model gains image/audio/video sight. Registering / authenticating multimodal models and true inline audio-video upload lean on two companion plugins, declared as optional peers (absence auto-degrades, never errors): dsh-thinking-levels fronts the model config / registration surface, dsh-llm-openai-completions takes over the OpenAI-compatible transport that serializes file blocks into video_url / input_audio. Privacy: media goes to remote providers by default; strictLocalOnly keeps content on-machine. Prerequisites not shipped with the package: ffmpeg/ffprobe on PATH (frame sampling / reencode / duration probe; degrades to metadata when missing) and a user-configured local ASR CLI for the audio fallback. Long-term memory for dsh with defense-in-depth hardening. Two tiers (project `.dsh-memory/` and user `$DSH_HOME/memory/`), each a plain hand-editable JSON file with bounded entries and tags. Writes are atomic (unique temp file + rename, previous revision kept in a bounded history/) and serialized across processes by a per-tier lock with stale reclaim; a disk-revision check refuses lost updates instead of silently overwriting another writer. Memory text is wrapped in explicit untrusted-data boundaries (forged wrappers stripped on write) to blunt prompt injection from remembered content, load-time validation rejects out-of-bounds stores, and symlink escapes out of the tier directory are refused with MEMORY_STORE_ESCAPE. Multi-agent agent team of employee AI subagents for DeepSeek Harness — dsh-company: employee management, CEO bidding, n8n workflow orchestration, drag and drop canvas. DeepSeek Harness plugin with seven built-in roles (project director, product manager, tech lead, engineer, data analyst, QA, reviewer), each with its own persona, model and tool whitelist. Broadcast a mission and the employees bid for it themselves — the first line of their answer must be 【accept】 or 【decline】 — so accepted work runs in parallel instead of down a pipeline. The workflow canvas wires employee nodes with the start node, references each upstream result with {{input}}, and runs the graph in topological layers: parallel across employees, serial per employee, downstream skipped when upstream fails. Ships a web panel for the employee management tab, the mission board and each employee's transcript, the /dsh-company slash command, a live mirror into the built-in agent-team panel, deletable missions, and a private memory directory per employee.

A plain-notebook calendar in the DSH sidebar: a 70-day, Monday-first grid whose cells print that day's note; one note per day is stored in a .xlsx you choose, in the DesktopCal two-column layout (Excel date serial plus free text, newest date first). Clicking a day opens the editor for it, and import/export move that same format in and out, with a preview step and a conflict policy (keep, overwrite, concat or skip).

Quote earlier content of the current session into the composer: select text in any message for a Quote pill, or type @ to pick a whole message; the quote travels as a native reference chip and is serialized into the prompt as a blockquote. Client-only, no host routes, no custom session events.

Blocks the end of a turn while temporary files from that turn are still lying around: it registers a listener on the serial agent/turn-stopping hook and, if anything is left, steers the model with the file list and two ways out — delete them, or justify each one and move it somewhere deliberate. Candidates come from two narrow temp-file sources, plus a backup-retention channel that is on by default and flags excess .bak copies of files touched this turn. The first is the .agent-tmp/ convention directory under the session cwd: whatever is left in it is reported outright, because that directory exists only for throwaway files. The second is the paths this turn actually wrote, captured through the fs/write-intent hook; those are reported only when they sit under that cwd, fall outside .git, node_modules, .tmp-sessions and out, match a temp-file pattern, and the file is still present — which is what keeps junk already sitting in the workspace from being resurrected as a complaint about this turn. One steer per turn, subagent sessions skipped, nothing deleted by the plugin in the default steer mode (only the opt-in mode: prune deletes backups), and the check is readdir plus stat only.
